How to start a return
Email us through our contact page with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.
Condition
Returned devices should be in working condition with all original accessories. Light wear from normal use is okay.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
Warranty
UpRaise devices come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
